D. Webster Keogh
D. Webster Keogh was an administrative judge on the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. Keogh was appointed to the court by former Governor Robert P. Casey, Sr. in 1991. He was then elected to a 10-year term in 1993. In 2003, Keogh was retained to a term.[1] He withdrew his candidacy for retention to the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas for another 10 year term in September 2013.[2]
Education
Keogh earned his undergraduate degree from LaSalle University and his J.D. from Mercer University.[1][3]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Keogh worked for seven years in the District Attorney's Office and thirteen years in private practice.[4]
Salary
As an administrative judge for the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, Keogh earned $174,026 annually.[5]
