This measure sought to create a bond on the amount of $14.75 million in order to build a new school building in the district. A levy of $6.50 per $1,000 of assessed property value would have been enacted to help pay for the bond. A portion of the bond would have also been paid for by the Ohio School Facilities Commission fund.[2]
