Daniel A. O'Brien is a probate court judge for the Oakland County Probate Court in Oakland County, Michigan.[1] He was elected to the court in November 2008 and has served as a judge since 2009.[2][3] On November 4, 2014, O'Brien was re-elected unopposed for another six-year term commencing on January 1, 2015, and expiring on December 31, 2020.[4]
