General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 24.9 percent of the vote. He competed against James P. Posey and Stanley A Levine.

Borgmann graduated from South Side High School in 1969. He earned his B.A. from Miami University in 1973 and his J.D. from Ohio Northern in 1976.[2]
Career
Borgmann is a registered civil mediator and a registered domestic mediator. He is a managing partner at Helmke Beams, L.L.P.[2]
