David Byrd is a district court judge for the 23rd Judicial District, which presides over Alleghany, Ashe, Wilkes and Yadkin counties of North Carolina. He joined the court in December 1994.[1] Byrd was re-elected to the 23rd Judicial District in 2014, winning a term that expired on December 31, 2018.[2][3]
