David L. Hill was a 2014 candidate for the Twenty-Sixth Family Court Circuit in Putnam County, West Virginia.[1]

Primary: He ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on May 13, 2014.
General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 30.4 percent of the vote. He competed against Richard Witt.

Hill received his undergraduate degree from West Virginia University and his J.D. from Wake Forest University.[3]
