David J. Dacyczyn is an associate probate and family court justice for the Franklin Probate and Family Court in Franklin County, Massachusetts.[1] He was nominated to the court by former Governor Deval Patrick on July 23, 2014, and was confirmed by the Governor's Council on September 3, 2014.[2][3] Dacyczyn may serve on the court until he turns the mandatory retirement age of 70.[4]
Education
Dacyczyn received his undergraduate degree from Westfield State College in 1982, his master's degree in political science and administration from Sam Houston University in 1985, and his J.D. from the New England School of Law in 1992.[2]
