A Delphos City Electrical Aggregation Question was on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the city of Delphos which is in Allen County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 801 (71.45%)Approveda
  • NO 320 (28.55%)[1]

This measure sought to aggregate the areas electricity, allowing for the area to buy electricity in bulk and obtain lower price options. Residents would also have the option to opt out of the program if they wanted.[2]
