Denis LeDuc is a district court judge for the 42nd District Court in Michigan.[1][2] He was elected to the court in November 2002 and assumed office in January 2003.[3] On November 4, 2014, LeDuc was re-elected unopposed for another six-year term commencing on January 1, 2015, and expiring on December 31, 2020.[4]

Education

LeDuc received his undergraduate degree from Wayne State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Michigan School of Law in 1972.[3][5]

Career

Before he became a judge, LeDuc served as a magistrate for the 42nd District Court. He also previously worked as an attorney in private practice, served on the Mount Clemens City Council, and served as a mayor pro tem.[3]
