Dennis M. Sweeney
Dennis M. Sweeney was a judge on the Fifth Circuit Court for Howard County in Maryland. He served on the court from March 14, 1991 until his retirement on November 2, 2007.[1]
Education
Sweeney received his undergraduate degree from Loyola College in 1967 and his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1971.[1]
