Donald A. "Donnie" Rowan, Jr. is the Division L judge of the 24th Judicial District in Louisiana. He was elected to this position on November 17, 2007, to replace former Judge Charles Cusimano.[1][2][3] He was re-elected in 2014 for a term beginning on January 1, 2015, and expiring on December 31, 2020.[4][5]

Rowan received his J.D. from Southern University Law School.[6]

Career

Rowan worked as an assistant Jefferson Parish district attorney for ten and a half years prior to his judicial election in 2008.[7]
