Biography
Graber is the manager of a central Iowa business region for Pfizer, Inc. He obtained his bachelor's degree in medical studies and biochemistry from the University of Iowa.[1]

Incumbents Mike Rooney, Brad Huss, Dustin Graber and Stephanie Jorgensen faced challenger Leslie Petersen for the four available seats up for election. All four incumbents won re-election to their seats.[2][3][4]
