EHOVE, Huron & Margaretta School District Levy Renewals, 3 (November 2010)

Three School District Levy Renewal measures were on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the school districts of EHOVE, Huron and Margaretta, which are in Erie County.

Two of the three measures were approved

The EHOVE school measure sought to replace the current levy to one set at a rate of 1.5 mills in order to pay for current operational costs of the school district.

  • YES 11,474 (55.36%) Approveda
  • NO 9,253 (44.64%)

The Huron school measure sought to renew the current school levy which is set at a rate of 3 mills in order to help pay for facility improvements in the school district area.

  • YES 2,543 (56.26%) Approveda
  • NO 1,977 (43.74%)

The Margaretta school measure sought to replace the current school levy with one is set at a rate of 4.85 mills in order to help pay for current expenses in the school district area.[1]

  • YES 798 (29.94%)
  • NO 1,867 (70.06%) Defeatedd[2]
