There were two East Palestine and St. Clair Road Levy Measures on the May 4 ballot in Columbiana County for voters in the communities of East Palestine and St. Clair.
The East Palestine measure sought to add $5 per $1,000 of assessed value of property in the city to the current property tax for a further five years in order to help pay for road construction and maintenance.

- NO 298 (47.76%)
The St. Clair Village measure sought to add an additional $2 per $1,000 of assessed value on property in the village in order to also help with road construction and maintenance.[1]
