Biography
Jeffreys, who lives in Roanoke Park, is the leader of the activists group SCALE ("streets that connect people under a canopy of trees with architecture of different types and land preserved for a neighborhood everyone can enjoy"), which advocates against tearing down old houses and seeks input on new construction projects.[1]
