Edward David Bronfin was a judge on the 2nd District Court in Colorado. He was initially appointed to the court by Gov. Bill Ritter (D) in 2008. Bronfin won retention to a full six-year term in 2010. He won retention again in the general election on November 8, 2016.[1] Bronfin left office on January 10, 2023.[2]

Biography

Bronfin received his undergraduate degree from St. John's College in 1978 and his J.D. from the University of Denver in 1981. He was an attorney and eventually partner at the firm of Pryor, Carney, and Johnson, where he worked from 1981 to 1995. He then worked as an attorney at Kennedy, Childs, and Fogg until his appointment to the 2nd District Court in 2008.[3][4]
