Edward P. Leibensperger
Edward P. Leibensperger is an associate justice for the Massachusetts Superior Courts.[1] He was nominated to the court by former Governor Deval Patrick in December 2010.[2] His nomination was confirmed by the Governor's Council in February 2011.[3] Leibensperger served on the court until he turned the mandatory retirement age of 70, and then joined JAMS as a mediator [4][5]
Education
Leibensperger received his undergraduate degree from Muskingum College and his J.D. from the Ohio State University.[6]
Career
Prior to his judicial career, Leibensperger was a partner at the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery in Boston, Massachusetts.[7]
