Elizabeth "Betty" Carroll is a judge of the Orphans Court of Kent County in Kent County, Maryland.[1] She filed for candidacy in August 2014 to fill the vacancy created by the death of candidate and incumbent Judge Harry T. Williams.[2] She was elected on November 4, 2014, to a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[3]
