Ellen Flatley
Ellen Flatley was a district court judge for the Gloucester District Court in Essex County, Massachusetts. She retired from the court on December 13, 2013.[1] Flatley was appointed to the bench in 1988 by former Governor Michael Dukakis.[2]
Education
Flatley received her undergraduate degree from Emmanuel College in 1965 and her J.D. from the Boston University School of Law in 1968.[3][4]
