Emanuel A. Bertin was a judge on the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Bertin was first elected to the court in 1995 and retained in 2005 for a term that expired in 2015.[2]

Education

Bertin earned his undergraduate degree from Moravian College & Theological Seminary and his J.D. from the University of Richmond.[3]
