- If approved, the first measure would have amendedthe Evans City Charter concerning City Manager Appointment and Qualifications to eliminate the city residence requirement.
- If approved, the second measure would have amended the Evans City Charter to remove the requirement that the City Clerk be approved by the City Council.
- If approved, the third measure would have amended the Evans City Charter to remove the requirement that the appointment or removal of the City Treasurer be approved by the City Council.
- The fourth measure amended the Evans City Charter establishing a Emergency Contingency Fund ceiling and allowing for the transfer of funds in excess of this ceiling to the General Fund.[1]
