A Flatrock Township Levy Addition measure was on the May 3, 2011 ballot in the township of Flatrock which is in Henry County.

  • YES 96 (63.58%)Approveda
  • NO 55 (36.42%)[1]

This measure sought to add to the current street levy by a rate of 2.3 mills for a further five years in order to continue to help pay for repairing and improving streets, rods and bridges in the township.[2]
