Frank J. Bailey
Frank J. Bailey was a federal bankruptcy judge for the United States bankruptcy court, District of Massachusetts. He joined the court on January 30, 2009, and retired on June 1, 2022.[1][2]
Education
Bailey attended Georgetown University for his bachelor of science in foreign service degree and Suffolk University for his J.D.[3]
Career
Bailey worked at Sherin and Lodgen LLP as the chair of the litigation department and member of the management committee. While at the firm, he frequently worked in bankruptcy litigation.[4]
