Frank L. Benser
Frank L. Benser was a district court judge for the 15th Judicial District in Virginia.[1] He served as a judge on the court from 2005 until his death on May 15, 2013.[2]
Education
Benser received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia in 1967 and his J.D. from the College of William and Mary School of Law in 1975.[2][3]
Career
Before he became a judge, Benser served as the mayor for the City of Bowling Green, Virginia from 1988 to 2005. He also previously worked as an attorney in private practice.[2]
