Frank McKinnon was a 2012 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 2nd Congressional District of New Mexico. He withdrew before the primary.[1]

McKinnon ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House to represent New Mexico's 2nd District. He sought the nomination on the Democratic ticket but the Democratic convention voted not to put McKinnon on the primary ballot.[2]
