Frederick R. McDaniel is a judge on the Vicinage 12 Superior Court in New Jersey.[1] McDaniel was appointed to the court in 2002 and obtained tenured status in 2011. He will now serve on the court until 2022, the year he reaches 70 years of age.[2][3]

McDaniel received his undergraduate degree from Hampton Institute in 1977 and his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 1981.[4]
