Garritt E. Howard
Garritt E. Howard is a former judge on the Cook County 10th Subcircuit in Illinois. He was appointed in 1994.[1][2]
Education
Howard is a graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent College of Law.[1]
Career
Howard worked as an Assistant Cook County State's Attorney prior to joining the circuit court in 1994.[1]
2012 election
Howard was retained on Nov. 6, 2012 with 76.8 percent of the vote.[3][4]
