Gene A. Woolard is a district court judge for the 2nd Judicial District in Virginia.[1] He has served as a judge on the court since 2004.[2]
Education
Woolard received his undergraduate degree from Old Dominion University and his J.D. from the Washington and Lee University School of Law.[3]
