A Geneva Union Cemetery District Levy Addition measure was on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the Geneva union cemetery district area which is in Ashtabula County.

This measure sought to add to the current cemetery levy by a rate of .5 mills for a further five years in order to further pay for cemetery operations and maintenance costs in the district.[2]
