Two Genoa & Put-In-Bay School District Levy Renewal measures were on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the school districts of Genoa and Put-In-Bay, which are in Ottawa County.
Both measures were approved
The Genoa school measure sought to renew the current operations levy which is set at a rate of 3.9 mills for a further five years in order to help pay for operational costs of the school district.
- YES 1,672 (51.2%)
- NO 1,596 (48.8%)
The Put-In-Bay school measure sought to renew the current recreation levy which is set at a rate of .5 mills for a further five years in order to help pay for operational costs of the school Board of Recreation.[1]
- YES 216 (59.3%)
- NO 148 (40.7%)[2]
