Gordon A. Wilkins was a district court judge for the 15th Judicial District in Virginia.[1] He served as a judge on the court from April 1, 2005 until his mandatory retirement in March 2013.[2]
Education
Wilkins received both his undergraduate degree and J.D. from the University of Richmond.[3]
