The question on the ballot:
A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Green Township (including the Village of Clifton) for the purpose of providing ambulance, apparatus, emergency service appliances, paid part-time personnel and all other costs associated with providing emergency medical services at a rate not exceeding 1.5 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.15 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[3] |
