Gregg J. Pasquale is an associate justice for the Massachusetts Superior Courts.[1] He was nominated to the court by former Governor Deval Patrick (D) on July 16, 2014.[2] Pasquale may serve on the court until he reaches the mandatory retirement age of 70.[3]

Education

Pasquale received his undergraduate degree from Boston College in 1980 and his J.D. from the Boston College Law School in 1985.[2]

Career

Prior to his judicial career, Pasquale was a partner for the law firm of Pasquale & White in Rockland, Massachusetts. He worked as an attorney in private practice in Plymouth County from 1989 until he assumed the bench in 2014. From 1985 to 1989, Pasquale served as an assistant district attorney in Middlesex County.[2]
