Gregg Zive
Gregg Zive is a recalled judge for the United States bankruptcy court, District of Nevada and for the United States bankruptcy court, Central District of California. He first joined the court on January 23, 1995, and was reappointed in 2009. Judge Zive retired from the court on January 1, 2011, but is serving on recall for the California and Nevada bankruptcy courts.[1][2][3]
Education
Judge Zive earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada and a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame.[4]
Career
Before he was called to the bench, Judge Zive's legal practice was focused on general civil litigation. Judge Zive has also served as a presenter at many bankruptcy-related seminars and published articles relating to similar topics.[2]
