There were 11 proposed Sunday Alcohol Sales Areas on the November 3 ballot in Hamilton County.

City of Cincinnati

Approveda The first measure covers Precinct 20-D and sought to enable Kroger grocers in this area to sell alcohol between the hours of 10 a.m. till midnight on Sunday. This only covers the one Kroger grocery store. YES 70.73% NO 29.27%

Defeatedd The next measure covers Precinct 25-J and sought to allow Wal-Mart in this area to sell alcohol between the hours of 10 a.m. to midnight on Sunday. This measure only covers the one Wal-mart in the area. YES 47.62% NO 52.38%

City of Forest Park

Defeatedd This measure covers precinct G in the city of Forest Park and sought to allow the sale of alcohol between the hours of 10 a.m. and midnight on Sundays at the Wal-Mart in this area. YES 43.65% NO 56.35%

City of Harrison

Approveda This measure covers precinct C in the city of Harrison. It sought to allow the Kroger grocer in the area to sell alcohol between the hours of 10 a.m. and midnight in Sunday. YES 68.24% NO 31.76%

City of Norwood

Approveda This measure covers Precinct 2-A in the city of Norwood and sought to allow Kroger grocers within this area to sell alcohol from 10 a.m. till midnight on Sundays. YES 65.59% NO 34.41%

Approveda This measure covers precinct I and asked voters if they approved of Wal-Mart selling alcohol on Sundays between the hours of 10 a.m. and midnight within the designated area. YES 54.31% NO 45.69%

Approveda This measure covers precinct V and asked voters if they approved of Wal-Mart, within the designated area, to sell alcohol on Sundays between the hours of 10 a.m. and midnight. YES 50.10% NO 49.90%

Green Township
