City of Cincinnati

a The first measure covers Precinct 20-D and sought to enable Kroger grocers in this area to sell alcohol between the hours of 10 a.m. till midnight on Sunday. This only covers the one Kroger grocery store. YES 70.73% NO 29.27%

d The next measure covers Precinct 25-J and sought to allow Wal-Mart in this area to sell alcohol between the hours of 10 a.m. to midnight on Sunday. This measure only covers the one Wal-mart in the area. YES 47.62% NO 52.38%

City of Forest Park

d This measure covers precinct G in the city of Forest Park and sought to allow the sale of alcohol between the hours of 10 a.m. and midnight on Sundays at the Wal-Mart in this area. YES 43.65% NO 56.35%

City of Harrison
