A Hamilton County Children Service Levy Renewal measure was on the November 8, 2011 ballot in Hamilton County.

- YES 170,871 (70.84%)
- NO 70,334 (29.16%)[1]
This measure sought to renew the current children services levy which is set at a rate of 2.77 mills for a further five years in order to continue to pay for children services offered in the county.[2]
The Cincinnati Regional Chamber had endorsed this measure, noting that they supported the funding of children services which are mandated by the state and does not increase resident's taxes.[3]
