The question on the ballot:
A replacement of a tax for the benefit of Hancock County Agency on Aging for the purpose to PROVIDE OR MAINTAIN SENIOR CITIZEN’S SERVICES OR FACILITIES at a rate not exceeding 0.6 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to six cents ($0.06) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a period of five (5) years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[3] |
