The question on the ballot:
An additional tax for the benefit of HARRISON COUNTY for the purpose of PROVIDING REVENUE TO THE OHIO COOPERATIVE EXTENSION SERVICE FUND FOR 4-H, AGRICULTURE AND NATURAL RESOURCES, HOME ECONOMICS, AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT at a rate not exceeding seventy-five hundredths (0.75) mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to seven and one-half cents ($0.075) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.
