Harry Pierce
Harry Pierce was a 2014 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 3rd Congressional District of Texas.
Pierce ran unsuccessfully for election to the 3rd District seat in 2012.
Biography
Pierce attended college at Southern Nazarene University and the University of Central Oklahoma. He earned degrees in psychology, religion, and aviation. Pierce then served in the U.S. Air Force Reserve/Air National Guard from 1960 to 1969. He later worked for 28 years as a pilot for Trans World Airlines.[1]

Pierce ran in the 2014 election for the U.S. House to represent Texas' 3rd District. Pierce was defeated by incumbent Sam Johnson in the Republican primary on March 4, 2014.[3]
