Biography
When he served on the school board, Rushing was the chief operating officer of Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a master's degree in healthcare administration. As of 2015, he and his wife, Sara, had three children. They were active members of Kingwood United Methodist Church.[1]
