Henry R. Thompson is a judge of the Georgia 7th Superior Court Cobb Circuit. He was appointed to a newly created seat on the court by Brian Kemp (R) on April 29, 2021 and assumed office on January 1, 2022.[1]

Education

Thompson attended Emory University and his earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law.[2]

Career

Prior to his appoint to the superior court, Thompson served as a state court judge for Cobb County, Georgia. Before that, Thompson was a senior assistant district attorney within the Cobb Circuit.[2]
