Jaret Usher is a judge of the Cobb County State Court in Georgia. She assumed office on January 1, 2022.

She was appointed to the court on April 29, 2021 by Brian Kemp (R) to replace Henry R. Thompson.[1]
Biography
Usher received her bachelor's degree from Kennesaw State University and her J.D. from Regent University School of Law. Her legal experience includes working as Staff Attorney for the Cobb County Superior Court, Senior Judges Office, as Assistant Solicitor General for the Office of the Solicitor General, Cobb Judicial Circuit, and as the Senior Assistant District Attorney for the Gang Unit at the Office of the District Attorney, Cobb Judicial Circuit. She served as Prosecutorial Liaison for the Legal Division at the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, then as the Division Director, until her appointment to the court.[1]
