Holli Wells was an Oklahoma special district court judge for Cherokee County, which is located in District 15. She retired on February 28, 2015.[1][2]
Education
Wells received a B.S. from Northeastern Oklahoma State University, and a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma.[3]
