Howard P. Speicher
Howard P. Speicher is a judge for the land courts in Massachusetts.[1] He was nominated to the court by Governor Deval Patrick on October 6, 2014, and was unanimously approved by the Governor's Council on November 12, 2014.[2][3]
Education
Speicher received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York, Binghamton in 1973 and his J.D. degree from the Boston University School of Law in 1979.[2]
