The Idaho Port District to Issue Revenue Bonds Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 102, was on the November 7, 1978 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure allowed port districts to issue revenue bonds.[1]
