James L. Sherbin
James L. Sherbin was a judge on the Fourth Circuit Court for Garrett County in Maryland.[1] He served on the court from July 5, 1996, to February 21, 2014.[2][3]
Education
Sherbin received his undergraduate degree from Iowa Wesleyan College in 1967 and his J.D. degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1970.[2]
