Funding
Pace filed an exemption form detailing he would not spend or receive more than $2,000 for this campaign. Because of this, he did not have to file additional campaign finance reports.[4][5]
2012
James Pace and three incumbents—Mark Good, Patricia Midtgaard, and Fred Tovar—were unopposed in the 2012 general election. Because of that, their names did not appear on the ballot, and they were re-elected by default.[6]
