As a department manager for a major corporation for 9 years and small business owner for 20+ years, I have firsthand experience working with staff, customers, vendors and government. I ran an internship program to train on the job with pay those with high school equivalency to licensure in Cosmetology.

I have served in my community as a lifelong volunteer, serving on many boards including Chamber of Commerce, The Network, Community Council, and Rotary, which included serving as president. I volunteer for Hospice, Blue Mountain Action Council, Tour of Walla Walla and in the past for the American Cancer Society through Providence St. Mary Medical Center.

I am an activist who believes in supporting those whose voice we haven't heard.
  • I am running for office because I want to work to secure our democracy. We are watching our personal freedoms being attacked. I believe in freedom of religion and freedom from religion. We cannot begin to work on all of the things affecting our day to day lives unless we have a voice.
  • We can continue to work to solve the economic and social issues facing many of our community members only if we find our way back to a center where we can work together. We are all being manipulated by a powerful minority, and until we can communicate successfully will not make progress.
  • Creating good paying jobs and repairing our infrastructure while mitigating climate change are all related. We need to seek out and tap into the ingenuity and creative solutions to these issues.
Fair wages, affordable housing and healthcare, equity and controlling climate change. Right to Privacy, women's right to choose, equal pay for women.
