Jeanne Marie Garcia was a judge for the Maricopa County Superior Court in Arizona. She was appointed to the court in April 2005 and retained to full four-year terms in 2008, 2012, and 2016. Garcia retired from the court on December 31, 2020.

Biography

Garcia received her undergraduate degree from Northern Arizona University and her J.D. from the Arizona State University. She has worked as an assistant attorney general for the Attorney General of Arizona and at the firm of Ortega & Moreno P.C.[1]

Arizona held elections for 80 superior court judgeships on November 8, 2016. Sixty-three of those seats were up for retention election. Three counties—Maricopa, Pima, and Pinal—use retention elections for their superior courts.[2]
