John Addison Howard
John Addison Howard was an associate judge on the Eighth Circuit Court for Baltimore City in Maryland. He served as a judge on the court from July 20, 2006, to October 2, 2016.[1][2]
Education
Howard received his undergraduate degree from East Stroudsberg State College in 1968 and his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1973.[1]
